From Our Warehouse to Your Bedroom
Every Klyrolight order gets the same care we put into the products themselves. Clear timelines, honest tracking, and real people who answer when you reach out. That's the whole promise, no fine print.
π Order Processing
Place your order before 2pm ET on a business day and it's processed and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days.
Before it leaves, every set is:
Inspected for stitching integrity and tufting consistency
Folded and sealed in protective, dust resistant packaging
Labeled and handed to the carrier the same or next business day
We don't batch orders or sit on them for weekly pickups. Your set ships the moment it clears inspection, not a day later.

Free standard shipping on every order, no minimum spend
Carriers: UPS, FedEx, or USPS depending on where you are
Arrival: 3 to 5 business days after dispatch
Express 2 day shipping available at checkout

Available to most countries worldwide
Arrival: 7 to 14 business days after dispatch
Duties and import taxes calculated at checkout where possible
A quick heads up: severe weather, holiday rushes, and customs can stretch delivery past these windows. We keep an eye on every shipment and reach out first if anything stalls, so you're never left guessing.
π Tracking Your Order
A confirmation email hits your inbox the second you order. A second email with live tracking follows the moment the carrier scans your package.
Tracking refreshes every few hours and stays live until your set is in your hands. You can also check real time status anytime on our Track Your Order page.
βοΈ Changes and Cancellations
Need to fix an address, swap a color, or cancel? Reach out within 12 hours of ordering and we'll do everything we can to catch it before it ships.
Cancellations: email support with the subject line "Cancel Order #[your order number]"
Address corrections: just reply to your order confirmation email
Color or size swaps before dispatch: contact support right away
Once your package leaves the warehouse we can't change it from our end, but at that point your 30 night home trial covers anything you need to sort out after it arrives.

πͺ Failed Deliveries
Carriers try up to three times before sending a package back to us. If a delivery fails because of a wrong address or no one home to receive it:
We hold the returned package and email you within 24 hours
We arrange a reshipment as soon as you confirm the correct address
A small reshipping fee may apply if the original address was incorrect
To skip the hassle entirely, double check your address at checkout. If your home delivery situation is unpredictable, consider shipping to your workplace or a trusted neighbor.
π« Damaged or Wrong Items
It's rare, but if your order shows up damaged in transit or it's the wrong color or size, we fix it fast.
Email us within 7 days of delivery with:
Your order number
2 to 3 clear photos of the damage or the wrong item
A quick note on what happened
A replacement ships within 2 business days of verification, at no cost to you. For damaged items there's no return needed, you keep the original.
